Job Opening: Teaching Faculty - Technical Systems Management - Ag & Bio Eng, Univ of I

Please see the attached for information on a Teaching Faculty (non-tenure) job opening. The position is in the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Applicants for Instructor positions must have at minimum a master’s degree in Biosystems Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Technology Systems, Construction Management, Agricultural Education or a closely related discipline; applicants for Lecturer or for Teaching Faculty positions (all ranks) must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Biosystems Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Technology Systems, Construction Management, Agricultural Education or a closely related discipline; Experience and expertise teaching hands-on shop and field skills is also necessary. Candidates must have excellent speaking and writing skills, an ability to teach effectively at the undergraduate level, and a desire to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary  environment.
