1. Sample Grain Rings Now Available

New Sample Grain Rings are now available for purchase. These are the most challenging rings I have ever created and an excellent real world learning opportunity. They are updated annually and include a sample ring for each of the grains evaluated in the Agronomy Career Development Event. Each set includes a key with placings, reasons, and cuts for each grain sample. The rings are designed to aid both beginner and novice judges. 2. Back to School Budgeting Sheet

Now that you are back to school you may be looking for some new teaching tools to enhance your curriculum. Attached to this message is the order form with new items released in the past few years. Please take a look and see if we have anything that might meet your needs. Please note that digital products are now available as CDs, USBs, and in some cases digital download. We have launched a brand new website to better serve you. It is very modern with many new features, including a robust search feature, better category identification, and is very easy to use. Please visit to take a look. NEW to the website is digital downloads! You simply need to create an account to download products, save them in your folder, and access immediately. We continue to add more downloads daily. Creating an account will also allow you to make purchases with a PO, credit card, or charge to your school account.

4. Agronomy Equipment Identification

Checkout this NEW resource to aid in training students to properly identify agricultural equipment in the Agronomy CDE. Included is all 55 high quality images to clearly determine differences and applications of the items. Three sections have been designed to: a) teach about the equipment, b) self-quizzing, and c) multiple choice quiz with handouts. The resource is designed to be used both as a classroom teaching tool and self-learn opportunities.

5. Agriculture Communications
