IFG/IAEP Amendment Instructions

Greetings from ISBE!

Just a friendly reminder that amendments for IFG/IAEP Spring Allocations are due tomorrow (Friday, May 10).

Please see below for instructions and screenshots on how to amend your original application:

  1. Go to IWAS, click on Incentive Funding
    • Open the Original Application
  2. Once it is open, navigate to the Amendments tab
    • Select the Radio button to the left of “Amended Application”
    • Write the appropriate number in the text box to the left of “Amendment Number”
  3. Enter the Following in the “Grant Changes” text box :
    • Amended budget for additional Spring 2019 Allocation [This is required]

      1000-500 Festool Rotex Orbital Sander $560 [These are examples so you can see the format expected]

      1000-500 DeWalt Planer $650

      2210-300 IAVAT Conference $150

      1000-500 IAEP RealityWorks Welding Simulator $10,000

    • Click Save
  4. Click on the Page Lock Control tab.
    • Check the boxes for the Budget Detail and Payment Schedule.
    • Click Save
  5. Click on Budget Pages tab.
    • Go to the Budget Details
    • Add more lines as appropriate
    • If receiving IAEP funds, put “IAEP” at the beginning of the text entry, see example in letter 6a above.
    • Enter all information as needed
    • Click Save
  6. Navigate to Submit tab
    • Click Submit
