Altamont High School Agricultural Instructor and FFA Advisor

Altamont High School, located in Effingham County, Section 20 is seeking applicants for a full-time Agriculture Instructor and FFA Advisor for the 2017- 2018 school year.  The Altamont program is a strong program with great support from the school and community.  The school district website is: .  Current class offerings include Intro to Ag, Horticulture, Veterinary Medicine, Ag Mechanics, Ag Business, and Landscaping.  The successful candidate will need to be able to balance the needs of students in the classroom and an active and successful FFA program.

Proper and current Illinois License, with all endorsements for agriculture classes.

Salary and benefits:
Based upon current contract, plus a stipend for the advisor position.
