1.  The National FFA Organization is excited to announce that the Alumni Region Four A Development Conference will be held Sept. 8-9 2017, in Springfield, IL. This two-day conference is available at no cost for anyone interested in learning how to grow alumni members at the state and local level.

  • Friday, Sept. 8 at 6 p.m.: Attendees will focus on the state-level leader training and administration. Check with your state to make sure your state council is attending.
  • Saturday, Sept. 9 at 7:30 a.m.:Local-level training will target individual members, agriculture businesses and industry, educators and other members of Team Ag Ed.

This conference is full of valuable and timely information. It will allow attendees to network and share ideas with other alumni members from across the region.

Remember this conference is FREE and will be conducted by National FFA Alumni staff. Register by Aug. 27 at Can’t make this conference? No worries, check out the full schedule of RDCs in 2017 and pick the one that works for you.

2.  Webinar on Monday, August 21st to learn about how to complete the National FFA Alumni Outstanding Chapter Application.  Any active alumni can complete this application.  Applications are due to the IL FFA Center by November 1st to the attention of Lori Nelson.
