1.) CONVENTION TIP of the DAY for Monday, May 7th!

2.) Greenhand Quizbowl at State Convention

The state Greenhand Quiz Bowl competition will take place at State Convention! It will be a single elimination tournament that will be held in room B9 of the Bank of Springfield Center on Wednesday, June 13, 2018. Please click here to review the rules for the contest. Those Sections that host their own Greenhand Quiz Bowl Contest that qualifies under the State rules (Greenhand being defined as a first-year High School FFA member) may send their winning team. All other Sections have the opportunity to select a team to represent them at the State Contest. All teams must register by May 15, 2018, by filling out the form located here. The top team has the chance to be recognized on stage at the 90th State FFA Convention.

4.) Iowa Beef Bonanza Competition 
You are invited to the second annual Iowa Beef Bonanza. The Bonanza is an educational contest in which participants will have the chance to win scholarship/grant money as well as prizes. The prizes and scholarship/grant money will total over $6000 again this year. Like last year, it will be held in conjunction with theGreater Jefferson County Fair on Friday, June 29th at 1:00 pm.
