CONVENTION TIP of the DAY for Saturday, June 9, 2018 - DANCE


NEW THIS YEAR - we are sharing the Illinois State Fairgrounds with the American Junior Simmental Association, the North Central Regional Classic is June 12 - 16, 2018.  The 2018 Dance will STILL be held in the Orr Building, please be sure to enter Gate 9 for ease of traffic and to avoid exhibitors entering Gates 7 and 11 for the show.  Click here to view the Fairgrounds map.  Please be sure to park around the Orr Building. 



NOTICE - There WILL BE cattle in tie outs to the East and West of the Orr Building.  PLEASE BE ON ALERT for the cattle and PLEASE BE COURTEOUS & KIND to ALL CATTLE and their HANDLERS.  

NO PETTING or INVADING the SPACE of ANY of the CATTLE.  Please be respectful to our friends who we are sharing the fairgrounds with.  

Also, be sure monitor your student's attire for the dance - dress fun and yet modestly appropriate.  Encourage good personal hygiene and of course appropriate dance behavior - always respecting the personal space of other dance goers.
