Review- Course enrollments in AET

District 2 Teachers-

We got lucky with beautiful weather for the last 5 weeks, but winter is sure coming back strong now!

I just wanted to remind you that we are not going to ask you to submit course rosters this year. However, we are asking you to enter all course roster information through the AET instead.

Please review your enrollment to ensure all students have selected the proper courses within their profiles. This needs to include both semesters, independent study, SAE if given as a separate course grade, and middle school courses.

  1. Log into www.TheAET.com
  2. Click "Profile" tab
  3. Click #5, Set up Courses Taught At Your School
  4. Ensure all courses you teach are listed in the current year (if you have courses there from last year, but not this year, you can choose "copy" and it will duplicate the course from last year into this years' profile.
  5. At the top of the page is an option to Export to Excel: "Enrollment" button.
  6. The file you download will include all years of course enrollments. Just pay attention to the courses that start either first or second semester of this year.

If you have questions please contact me. I will be reviewing enrollment entries and compare to last year enrollment at your school to make sure all students taking courses have been accounted for later this spring.
