4. Job Interview - Reference Letters clarification

As a reminder, the requirement for reference letters was removed for the 2018-2019 Job Interview CDE by recommendation from the CDE committee and approval by the IAVAT Board of Directors. References are still to be included on the resume, but no reference letters are required. It was found that the rules document posted on the website had not eliminated mention of reference letters in all locations, but has been resolved, and rules are updated on the website accordingly.
