Date:  June 20, 21, 22, 2017  (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)  
June 20 begins at 9 am with Exhibits and Special Workshops.  10:30 am – First Session
June 22 ends at or near 1 pm after the closing luncheon

Early registration by June 1st by clicking here to create an invoice for your school district: After June 1st, a $50 late fee will be added.  Cancellations or no-shows will be responsible for the full amount of the invoice.

IAVAT Member - $275 which includes all conference resources, Tuesday lunch and dinner, Wednesday breakfast and lunch, and Thursday lunch.  Additional fee for Wednesday barbecue($12) and Thursday breakfast.
IAVAT Non-Member - $325 which includes all conference resources, Tuesday lunch and dinner, Wednesday breakfast and lunch, and Thursday lunch.  Additional fee for Wednesday barbecue($12) and Thursday breakfast.
Student IAVAT Member – $0 which includes all conference resources.   Fees will be charged for meals, Tuesday lunch($25), Tuesday banquet($37), Wednesday breakfast($21), Wednesday lunch($20), Wednesday barbecue($12), Thursday lunch($24).   Hotel fees are at a reduced rate though sharing rooms with other student members.
Exhibitor - $200 plus meals attending per the student member fees above.

Grant funding from the ISBE Agriculture  Incentive, Career & Technical Education Improvement(CTEI), and Federal Perkins can be used for registration, meals, hotel, and mileage expenses.  Each grant has specific guidelines.
